• Creating and providing the free demo access you requested
• Contacting and informing you about the demo process and related content
• Measuring and improving the quality of our services

Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Promotional and marketing communications beyond the demo process are carried out based on your explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes described in this notice, your personal data may be shared with our service providers that deliver email and SMS services, and with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purposes of processing require and for the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request the deletion or destruction of your data in accordance with the relevant legislation, to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data solely by automated systems, and to request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your data.
