What is Application Consultancy?
In application season we bring the student's goals, academic record and work together in a clear, consistent file for the right universities. It isn't just filling in forms; it is answering which country, which programme, which university tier and which exams — based on the student's profile.
Every country has its own system: UCAS and the personal statement in the UK, Universitaly pre-enrolment and TOLC/IMAT in Italy, Studielink and numerus fixus in the Netherlands, the Common App and essays in the USA, uni-assist and Studienkolleg in Germany… We build a separate application plan for each and manage the calendar week by week.
Every student's target country, number of applications and support needs differ. We define the scope in the first call and share the student's personal programme in writing; parents are kept informed at every stage and take part at decision points.

Portal entries, uploaded documents and payments are checked together before submission; no incomplete or inconsistent file goes out.
Tracking applications and results
Submitted applications, interview invitations, conditional offers and decisions are tracked, then compared and decided together with the parent.
Offer, enrolment and visa
Guidance on accepting the offer, enrolment, visa paperwork, housing and pre-departure preparation.

2. Strategy & university list
The country–programme strategy is built from assessments and profile analysis; the balanced university list and exam plan go on the calendar.
3. The application file
CV, statement / essays, references, transcripts and translations are prepared in weekly sessions; uploads to the portals are done together.
4. Offer, enrolment & visa
Offers are compared and conditional offers tracked; enrolment, the visa application, housing and settling in are guided.

United Kingdom
Three-year bachelor's, one-year master's and a single UCAS application; foundation or IB / AP / A-Level routes from a Turkish diploma.
Italy
Low public tuition, English-taught programmes and income-based grants; apply via Universitaly pre-enrolment and TOLC / IMAT.
Netherlands
One of Europe's widest ranges of English-taught programmes, central registration via Studielink and a one-year orientation permit after graduation.
United States
Holistic review, applying via Common App with SAT / AP; need- and merit-based aid, campus life and post-study work through OPT.
Canada
Direct entry on a Turkish high-school diploma, co-op (paid work-term) programmes; up to 3 years of post-study work via PGWP and a path to residency.
Germany
No tuition at public universities, only a semester contribution; entry via Studienkolleg or YKS placement, apply through uni-assist and a blocked account.
Austria
Low public tuition in Vienna, Graz and Innsbruck; apply directly to the university for Zulassung, with German C1 and early registration for tested programmes.
Spain
Affordable public tuition, strong private universities and a growing English-taught offer; apply via UNEDasiss + PCE or the university's own test.
Australia
Fully English-taught, two intakes (February / July), direct university applications and a 2–3-year post-study work visa.
Hungary
A long tradition of English-taught medicine, dentistry and engineering; the Stipendium Hungaricum full scholarship and lower living costs than Western Europe.
Czechia
Tuition-free Czech-taught programmes at public universities, English-taught medicine and engineering; Prague and Brno among Europe's accessible student cities.
How the university list is built
The goal isn't prestige alone — it's a list that fits the student, with realistic admission chances and a matching budget.

Academic level, the target programme's admission criteria, exam scores, budget, city preference, language requirements and post-graduation work / residence options are weighed together. The number of universities on the list depends on the country: UCAS in the UK is limited to five choices; 8–12 applications are common in the USA; in Italy and the Netherlands a smaller, programme-based set can be enough.
CV and profile work
In competitive applications, grades and scores are the threshold; the profile is what makes the difference.

Statement and essay process
Personal statement, motivation letter and country-specific essays — written in the student's own voice, through a structured process.
- Brainstorming: the student's story, motivation and link to the target programme are discussed; experiences worth telling are chosen.
- Structure: a plan for the text based on the country's expectations (academic focus in the UK, personal narrative in the USA, motivation letter in Italy / the Netherlands).
- Drafts and feedback: the student writes; every draft is reviewed together for content, structure and language.
- Final read: character limits, tone and consistency; the final version before upload.
Studrise doesn't write the text for the student — and universities don't expect that either. The aim is for the student to tell their own story as strongly as possible.
